There are elements to the rental process that are our out of our control, such as seeing certain units, response time from the landlord, condo association approval process, among others. However, there are a number of elements that are in our control, and will help streamline the rental process. Working together, we can optimize the rental process. What do I need to do on my end? You need to make sure you have all your paperwork in order. Before you even begin the rental process make sure you have all the information that you will need for contracts to lease, leases, association applications, etc. Our tools will help you organize this information from the onset. Examples of such information includes; vehicle information, references, former landlord references, explanation of poor credit (if this is your case) etc. Not only that, but we will give you an email template to send to your former landlords to let them know that an association will be contacting them, so that days are not lost while the association tries to get in touch with your former landlord and other references. Other ways we speed up the process include but are not limited to : making sure we only send you units, and see units that very closely resemble your criteria, staying on top on lazy listing agents, develping good relationships with condo associations, and giving them clean and complete- easy to read paperwork, developing a good template of the type of home you want by listening to you, anticipating challenges that may occur ahead of time. For example if you have poor credit, we will anticipate that you will have to put down an extra month or two of security beyond the required three to close the deal.
